If additional treatment is required for a condition, use GPM  to create and send an ACC32:

• Create an ACC32 : create an ACC32 for an existing condition when additional treatment is required
• Send an ACC32 to ACC: use HealthLink messaging, or print and post or e-mail to send the ACC32 to ACC.

To manage ACC32s created in GPM:

• Click on ACC45's & Batches >> ACC32's, then click Get Data
  Note that this ACC32s window below will show all ACC32s created within the practice and their statuses.
  
• Edit the ACC32 and update its status manually
