Managing Conditions and Medical Notes
An Assessment Type refers to the type of medical diagnosis and thus medical notes that will be entered following an appointment with a clinician.
A default assessment type can be defined in the clinician's medical notes settings for an initial and follow-up diagnosis.
The assessment type can also be changed when entering medical notes:
The type of assessment selected will dictate the information to be entered in the medical notes following an appointment:
