Solution

Follow the steps below to add images to the Medical Notes:

1. Select the appointment for which you need to create/edit the Medical Notes and open the Medical Notes window

For more information see Managing Conditions and Medical Notes.

2. Click Change Assessment Type

3. Select Image Notes and click OK

4. Click Upload New Image
5. Browse your PC and select the file you want to upload

6. Click Open

Note: Click on to delete files as needed.

These images, will be shown on the Notes Report as follows:

7. Click Save
