How to Set an ACC32 Status to Accepted

When a condition has no more available appointments, an ACC32 request must be created for the condition before further treatments can be billed to ACC.
This request can be performed using GPM. Once accepted by the ACC, the ACC32 status will need to be updated so that appointments may be linked to it.
