To log in to Gensolve Practice Manager, you must:

  1. Have the Gensolve Practice Manager client components installed on your computer (contact support if you are unsure about this)

  2. Be connected to the internet

  3. Know your organisation name, username and password. If you require any of these, contact support.

To log in, enter data in the fields as described below:

Note: If you close Gensolve Practice Manager while it is in offline mode, any changes you have made will be lost.
Ensure you reconnect and save your work before closing Gensolve Practice Manager.
