In this section, you will learn how to install Gensolve Practice Manager (GPM).

1. Using your browser, navigate to the installation URL .

2. Click Install to display the browser's file dialogue box.
   

3. GPM will start to download.

 

4. Once it has downloaded, click Open.                           

 

5. Click Run to begin the GPM installation process.

Note: If the directory you select already contains a file named setup.exe, you will also be asked to confirm that the old file should be overwritten.

6. A dialogue box may display an End User License Agreement (EULA). If you agree to accept it, click Accept.

Note: If you do not accept the EULA, Gensolve Practice Manager will not be installed.

7. The required files will start to download.

 

8. SAP Crystal Reports Runtime Engine dor .NET Framework will start to install.

 

9. Click Yes to allow GPM to make changes to your PC.

 

10. The GPM will start to launch.   

 

11. Click Install

12. Wait until GPM downloads.

 

13. Once the installation is completed the Gensolve Practice Manager login window will be displayed.
    You can now log in using the supplied organisation name, username and password.
