Using the new HISO Interface

Follow the steps detailed below to view and use the new HISO Interface from within GPM:

1. Go to HealthLink

2. Click on the Forms tab
   
   Note: Parked ACC45 claims can also be Resumed and Submitted to ACC from this window.

3. Click on New Form to create a new form
   

4. The Client Selection window is displayed. Select a client from the drop-down list and click Continue
   

5. You will be redirected to the HealthLink website where you can choose a HISO form to create.
