API Data Reports is a separate web based platform which you can use to export .csv files containing report data from your GPM application.

In this article we will explain all the information that can be accessed through the API links. Follow the prompts below to generate the reports.

1. Go to https://augpmapi.gensolve.com/
2. Select the report you wish to download

 

3. Select Report Parameters as required
Note: depending on what kind of report you wish to choose. This information will answer to the parameter set before downloading the report.

4. Organisation, User and Password must be entered to download the reports needed.

Report Types

All Report Types must have a date range that vary between 180 days and 365 days.

Clients

This report will provide information about all clients according to the parameters set up.

 

 

 

Client First Appointment

This report will provide information about new clients that had a first appointment.

 

DEX

This report will give information about Cases, Client and Sessions.

NDIS

This report will give information about Clients, Cases and Sessions.
