Office Online is now integrated with Audio Enterprise Manager.

This integration allows users to view, edit, and create letters, as well as view and edit uploads, directly in Office Online  without needing the desktop version of Word or Excel. Whenever you create or edit a letter, you’ll be working in real time, and all changes are saved instantly in AEM. Similarly, when you open and edit a file from Uploads, your changes will also be saved immediately in AEM.

In addition, you can now collaborate on the same file with other users simultaneously, since Office Online supports co-authoring.

Prerequisites

The user must have a licensed Microsoft 365 account. For more information, please refer to Microsoft 365.

IMPORTANT!

Please note that Word and Excel in Office Online support only a subset of features compared to the full desktop applications.
