What you will learn...

Letter templates can be used to generate documents for one or many recipients, automatically importing the "merge field" values such as client names, titles, claim numbers and addresses.

The data available to import depends on the Template Type chosen and its available merge fields.

You can set up as many Letter Templates as you need, eg. Client Consent Forms, Insurance Claim Forms, Letters to remind referrers about services offered and so on.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a Referral Letter to send out to clients doctors with details of their appointments.

Microsoft Word has been installed on your computer.
