Providers need to be granted access before they can view the appointment book over the web on a smartphone, a tablet or a PC.

Edit the System User to enable access to one or more clinicians' calendars.

  1. Go to Administration >> System Users
  2. Click Get Data to retrieve the list of System Users
  3. Click on next to the selected system user to open the System User Details
  4. Click on the Web Access tab
  5. Tick For all active Providers to allow the system user to view all clinicians' appointment book or


  1. In the For the Providers listed, specify a list of clinicians' appointment book that can be accessed by this system user.

  1. Click Save
