ACC Classes
Reason
Providers who hold the ACC AHS Contract are able to bill Weekly Class charges to ACC.
In this tutorial, you will learn how to link a Client’s ACC Claim to a Class and bill ACC for the Class Charge in a Schedule.
Prerequisites:
How to create a new ACC condition
How to create a new weekly class
1. Add Clients to the Class
2. Click on, Show ACC Billing to link the Condition
3. Right click on the Class >> Select Completed in order to include the billing in a new Schedule
4. To create a new Schedule, ACC45's & Batches >> Create Schedule >> Get Data >> Tick Class Appointments >> Send to ACC
