How to send an email through to all clients ?
Reason
Gensolve is not intended for bulk emailing. We recommend using a dedicated bulk email service such as Mailchimp for sending emails to your entire database. Gensolve integrates with Mailchimp, allowing you to generate a list of your clients' email addresses in the Template Merge area and export it to your Mailchimp account to create a campaign. For more information, please refer to the GPM integration with Mailchimp.
If you do not have a Mailchimp account or prefer another service, you can still generate a list of clients with email addresses directly from Gensolve via Template Merge, but we recommend limiting group emails to 50-100 recipients at a time
Solution
1. Follow the step below to get the list of all clients with email address
- Go to Reports >> Template Merge >> Add Mandatory Restriction
- Select Email Address >> Mandatory Restriction is Empty >> Type Not True >> Click Ok
- Click on Get Matching Rows
- All the Client with Email address will be displayed
2. Follow the steps below to get the list of Clients who have visited within the past year
- Go to Reports >> Template Merge >> Add Mandatory Restriction
- Select Has an Appointment >> Mandatory Restriction is True>> Select the Date Range >> Click Ok
- Click on Add Mandatory Restriction >> Select Include In Mailout >> Mandatory Restriction Is Equal To "Yes" >> Type True >> Click Ok
- Click on Get Matching Rows
- All clients with email addresses who have had appointments within the specified date range will be displayed
Note: Clients who do not have the "Include in Mailouts?" checkbox selected will not receive emails. This checkbox signifies whether clients wish to be included in mass emails or campaigns from GPM via Mailchimp. To Check if the Client is included in Maliout or not ,

Client name, On the Client detail page it will show if the "Include in Mailouts?" checkbox is ticked or not
