Contract Reports
Running Contract Reports
Contract Reports give all information (Charges, Appointments and Tracking) for contracts created under Contracts >> All Contracts in GPM.
- Go to Reports >> Reports and select Contract from the Report Category list.
- Then select a report in the Report to Run list.
- Set up the filters to select the data to be run for the report.
- Click on Run Report to generate the report.

This report shows a list of all Contract Charges already invoiced for the selected Restrictions and Date Range. It has a default output which includes various fields relating to the Contract Charges, but you can also define your own output specifying the specific fields you would like to have. The report output will be in Excel format |

This report shows contract charges and expenses linked to contracts for the selected restrictions and date range. |

This report shows contract information along with discharge date and outcome details of the discharge. |

This report shows a row for each custom contract that matches the selection criteria. |

This report shows the budgeted hours, past hours and future hours linked to a provider per contract. |

This report shows a row for each custom contract outcome that matches the selection criteria. |

|
This report shows Contract Appointments that have a charge where the appointment has not been marked as Completed. |

|
This report shows all contracts that have been started within the selected date range. |

This report shows all charges associated with contracts based on the selected filters. |

This Report shows charges from all Contracts that have been selected in the date range. |
|
|
Contracts will be returned where the Contract is currently Active (Pending Approval, Approved, On Hold), or if they were completed from the start of the requested Date range (Completed, Non Completion, Assessment Only). |

This Report shows specific Contract Statistics based on the selected filters. |
