Description

This report shows details of appointments made to PHOs (Primary Health Organisations).

Running the Report

  • Go to Reports >> Reports and select Clinical from the Report Category list.
  • Then select PHO Stats Report in the Report to Run list.
  • Set up the filters to select the data to be run for the report.
  • Click Export to Excel? to have the report exported to Excel >> Select Display to select the information to export. (Click N to create a new export and select the fields to export to Excel.)
  • Click on Run Report to generate the report.

Filters

Type Description
For Vendor

This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Site or Site Group

For Site

This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Site.

For Insurer

This filter allows you to run the report for a specific insurer.

Date Range

This filter allows you to select a date range for which to run the report.

Set Period to

This filter allows you to set the date range to a specific Period (e.g.: Calendar Year, Financial Year, etc.).

Export to Excel Allows the report to be exported to Excel.  This allows the selection of extra fields not found on the standard report
Display

Only appears once "Export to Excel?" is ticked.  Allows for the selection of additional fields not found on the standard report.  Click "N" to create a new Export to excel and select the fields you want to have appear on the report.

For All Appointments?

All relevant Appointments will be included in the report.

For All Appointments (excluding DNA and Cancelled Appts)?

All relevant Appointments will be included except DNA and Cancelled Appointments.

For DNA Appointments?

Only relevant DNA Appointments will be shown on the report.
