Follow the instructions below to resolve issues with logging in to GPM.

  • Check that you are entering your password as case sensitive.

  • Check your log in details with someone in your organisation who has administrative rights.

  • They can reset your password if required.

   

Invalid Credentials

The message "A connection to the server cannot be established as you have either entered your credentials in incorrectly OR your computer date and/or time is incorrect" is displayed when logging in to GPM.

There are 2 reasons why this error message would appear:

  1. The login credentials entered are indeed incorrect:
    Verify that the login details (Organisation, User Name and Password) are all typed in correctly.
  2. The clock on the computer may not be set correctly.
    Please check that the date and time and the timezone are correct and update them if needed (contact your IT support if required).

Connection Error

If not using the login Offline method, an internet connection is required to log in to GPM.  

Check that you are able to access other web pages.

If you can access other web sites, your firewall could be blocking access to the Gensolve server.

In this case, check your network settings or pass this link to your IT team: Network Permissions.
