Before you install and run Gensolve Practice Manager, ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements as detailed below.

Hardware Requirements

SPECIFICATION MINIMUM RECOMMENDED
RAM (System Memory) 4GB 8GB or more
Free Hard Drive Space 1GB More than 5GB
Screen resolution 1366 x 768 24' display with a resolution of 1080p. 27' display or larger with a resolution of 1440p.
Note regarding laptops: If your laptop has a high resolution display (which is become increasingly more common) then Gensolve may appear blurry with Windows Scaling enabled. Disabling Windows Scaling should resolve that but may cause the Gensolve text to be small and more difficult to read. Because of this we recommend moving the Gensolve application to an external monitor if using a high resolution laptop display.
