Spell Checking Merged Letters
Issue
Microsoft Word's spell checker does not spell check the entire text of a merged letter.
Reason
By default, Microsoft Word does not spell check merged fields which means that text populated from GPM into the merge fields will not be included in the spell checking process.
Solution
Follow the steps below to force Microsoft Word to spell check the entire document including the text in the merge fields :

Select all the text on the document using the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + A or menu item Select >> Select All

Go to the Review or View menu

Choose Set Language

Untick Do Not Check Spelling or Grammar

Run the spell checking process on the document as normal.
