Once a system user has been created, they must be granted access privileges so that they have access to the required functional areas in Audio Enterprise Manager.

A User Access Role can be created to define the access privileges for a group of users.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a User Access Role and then assign this role to a system user.

Note: It is now possible to turn off System User Legacy Access profiles.  This ensures that your organisation will only list User Access Roles when applying User Access to a System User.  To access this feature go to Admin >> Vendors >> Select the Vendor >> Other Settings >> untick System User Legacy Access.
