Re-installing GPM
Issue
Gensolve Practice Manager needs to be installed on a computer where a previous version had been installed.
Solution
- Hold down the Windows
key on your keyboard and tap the E
key simultaneously.
Note: The Windows key is typically between the bottom-left Ctrl and Alt keys.
- Click in the highlighted white space area to the right hand side of the Quick access text.

-
You should then be able to type over the text in the field.

Note: It doesn't matter if you see something other than Quick access, you just need to type over the text.
-
Type %localappdata% and press enter.

-
Double click on the Apps folder to open it

-
Delete the 2.0 folder

Note: If you get an error when trying to delete the 2.0 folder, you should reboot the PC, and then try again.
-
If you now double click on the Gensolve icon to run it, Gensolve should download and install itself again.
