Now you can generate the QR code to open the custom form directly on the client’s mobile or on a tablet that the clinic may have for this purpose. This process will save time instead of sending the link to the form via email. Clients can fill and save the form while they are waiting.

Remember that in order to use this feature either the client or the clinic should have a QR app downloaded (e.g. Google Lens) on the mobile or tablet that is going to be used.

 

Creating the QR Code

1. Edit the client >> Go to the Full History tab >> Click on Form Entry >> Select the form you want to share with the client >> Click on Share Link.

 

2. Click on the QR Code button. The new QR code will appear on your computer.

 

How to use the QR Code

1. Use the QR reader app on the phone or tablet to read the newly created QR code on your computer. This then opens the form up on the phone or tablet which you can then hand to the client to fill in and save.

 

2. If completed correctly, a message will pop up Saved!. The form has been successfully saved!. Click on OK.

 

3. This in turn saves the form to the client’s Full History >> Form Entries or under their Letters & Uploads >>Uploads in Gensolve.
