Client Conditions
Managing Conditions and Medical Notes
A client condition is created to record all the details of a client's injury and create a record of all treatment pertaining to the injury.
When creating a condition for a client, you can specify a Claim Type which can be ACC, Insured or Private.
The Claim Type will determine who will be billed for any appointments linked to the condition.
Client conditions are maintained on the Conditions tab of the Client Details window:
Client conditions can be created or modified either from:
- The Client Header
or
- The Client Appointment Details
A client condition can be linked to one or more appointments (whether as part of a contract or not).
