Clinical Notes are used in GPM by Admin staff and Clinicians to record information outside of the daily medical notes and add extra information in the Medical Notes Report if needed. This clinical nature information is not strictly related to the treatment that is being provided and can be recorded for future reference.

Follow the steps below to learn how to create Clinical Notes in GPM.

1. Access to the Client Full History

From Client Details

From Condition Details

From Contract Details

2. Click New Clinical Note

3. Fill in the form as needed

4. Click Save

5. The new Clinical Note will be listed as shown below:
