Issue

When attempting to use Audio Enterprise Manager Internet Explorer (IE) is not set up as the default browser.

Reason

Gensolve recommends having Internet Explorer configured as the default internet browser on all computers where Gensolve Practice Manager is installed.

Solution

Please follow the steps below to configure Internet Explorer as the default browser:

  1. Find out which version of Windows is running on the computer:
  • Click the Start button on the taskbar
  • Right click on Computers and select Properties for the menu
  • The windows that opens will indicate the version of Windows that is running on the computer.

  • Click the Start button on the taskbar
  • Click on Control Panel icon
  • Click on System and Security option
  • Click on System
  • The window that opens will indicate the version of Windows that is running on your computer
