Application Cannot be Started
Issue
Gensolve Practice Manager fails to open and an error message appears stating that the application cannot be started - contact Vendor for assistance.
Reason
A file may have become corrupted. Try un-installing and re-installing GPM.
Solution
To un-install GPM:
- Go to Start >> Control Panel >> Programs and Features, or use the Windows Search feature and search for ''Add or Remove Programs''
- Find 'Gensolve Practice Manager' then right-mouse click or click on the three dots to the right of the Application (Depending on the version of Windows and select Uninstall.
To re-install GPM:
- Install the application using the Link provided by Gensolve.
- Click Run when prompted.
