Issue

Gensolve Practice Manager fails to open and an error message appears stating that the application cannot be started - contact Vendor for assistance.

Reason

A file may have become corrupted. Try un-installing and re-installing GPM.

Solution

To un-install GPM:

    1. Go to Start >> Control Panel >> Programs and Features, or use the Windows Search feature and search for ''Add or Remove Programs''
    2. Find 'Gensolve Practice Manager' then right-mouse click or click on the three dots to the right of the Application (Depending on the version of Windows and select Uninstall.

To re-install GPM:

    1. Install the application using the Link provided by Gensolve.
    2. Click Run when prompted.

Contact the Gensolve Support Desk if this solution does not resolve the problem.
