Need to create and use highlights for clients.

Solution

Follow the steps below to personalize and use your own highlights:

  1. Go to Administration >> Highlights and click New Highlight

  1. Enter the Description, click Set to select the colour
  1. Click Save

  1. Click on or to edit or delete the highlights as needed

  1. Select a client and click on to open the Client Details window
  1. Check Highlight Client when Selected?
  2. Select the Highlight from the drop down list

  1. Click Save
