Reason

In the Appointment Book it is possible to view Clients Appointment History

Solution

1. Go to Appointment

2. Right Click on Appointment >>View Appointment History

3. On the Appointment History Window , Status will show as Confirmed

NOTE

If Appointment is Cancelled

On the Appointment History Window , Status will show as Cancelled

Please Note

Any changes to the status of the appointment, or the date/time of the appointment, will be shown in the Appointment History, along with the System User who made that change and when it was changed.
