Issue

The same computer is used to send ACC45s (Claims) to ACC for two or more sites with different digital certificates.

Reason

ACC will define a directory (called the "eForms Base Directory" in GPM) for sending ACC45s for each site.

The default eForms Base Directory is "C:\ACCSend". However, if the same computer is being used to send ACC45s for more than one site, then only the first site can use the default directory and each other site must define its own unique directory.

Solution

To check that the directories are correctly configured for each site, follow these steps:

  1. Contact ACC to arrange (or confirm) the correct directory for each site.

  2. Go to Administration >> Sites and click Get Data.

  3. For each site:

    • Click next to the selected Site to display the Site Details window
    • Click on the ACC Settings tab and verify that the ACC EForms Base Directory field is set to the directory which ACC confirmed in step 1

  4. Click Save to save the site details.
