Solution

If a Claim Type is either "Insured" or "ACC" then the Condition Details form will display the Appts Valid From (Appointments Valid From) field.  

This field is effectively the date the client was first seen and is usually the same as the Date of Injury.  

Appointments created before the Appts Valid From date cannot be counted against the condition.  

Follow the steps below to change this date:

1. Click next to the Condition, to edit the Condition.
2. In the Condition Details window, change the Appts Valid From date.
3. Click Save.
   

Note:Clinicians on EPN Contracts and Hand Therapists have a 50 appointments allowance and their conditions do not expire. Clinicians on Regulation Contracts have an allowance of 16 appointments and their conditions have an expire date.
