Issue

A condition / claim  allows fewer appointment than the insurer's normal number.

Reason

The Client's employer may only allow a certain number of appointments to be claimed.

Solution

In this example, the condition / claim normally allows 16 appointments but on this occasion, only 2 are going to be allowed.

  1. Click   to edit the affected condition.
  2. On the Appts Used tab, adjust the Less Prior Appointments Used field until the Total Appointments to Use field matches what is allowed (in this case 2).  
     Note:  You will need to tab out of the Less Prior Appointments Used field to see the change.
       

          

  1. Click Save.

Note: Clinicians on EPN Contracts and Hand Therapists have a 50 appointments allowance and their conditions do not expire. Clinicians on Regulation Contracts have an allowance of 16 appointments and their conditions have an expire date.
