ACC45 Already Registered
Issue
A client has had appointments for a condition at another clinic and now wants to continue the treatment at our clinic.
How to handle this situation in GPM?
Solution
To show that the claim has already been registered with ACC and that they have previously used up a number of their Read Code allowance:
- Enter the new client condition
as normal and tick the Already
Registered with ACC? checkbox
- On the Appts Used
tab, enter the number of appointments that the client has
already had in the Less Prior
Appointments Used text box.
