Solution

1. Open the Condition Details for the condition the ACC32 relates to

2. Click on the ACC32's and Misc Billing Tab

3. Locate the required ACC32 and click   to display the ACC32 details window

4. Change EITHER:

• The date, to make the ACC32 more than 12 months old, or

• The number of appointments requested to equal the number already counted against the ACC32, so none remain.

    5.   Click Save.
