Using ACC's HISO Interface with GPM
GPM now integrates with ACC's HISO (Health Information Standards Organisation) interface to send ACC45s as an alternative to using the historical e-Portal.
The advantage is that ACC can define the format of the form and there will no longer be a two-step process to lodge claims.
Please refer to Subscribing to Healthlink Messaging Service before accessing the new HISO interface from GPM.
Using the new HISO Interface
Follow the steps detailed below to view and use the new HISO Interface from within GPM:

Go to Healthlink

Click on the Forms tab
Note: Parked ACC45 claims can also be Resumed and Submitted to ACC from this window. -
Click on New Form to create a new form

The Client Selection window is displayed. Select a client from the drop-down list and click Continue

You will be redirected to the Healthlink website where you can choose a HISO form to create.
