In GPM, you can view the status of the ACC45s based on information returned by ACC.

Click on ACC45s & Batches >> ACC45's to see the list of ACC45s and their statuses.

The number of items in each status is shown in square brackets (e.g. [3]).

Click on each status to view the ACC45 details in this status:

1. Incomplete: the ACC45 (ACC Condition) has been created
2. Outbox: the ACC45 (ACC condition) has been created and is ready to be sent to ACC
3. Invalid: The ACC45 has been sent to ACC but an error message was returned (e.g.: the claim is a duplicate)
4. Receipted: ACC has acknowledged receipt of the ACC45.

 

 

The following statuses only apply if Sending ACC45s via HISO Interface:

1. Parked: Indicates that the form has been saved but not submitted to ACC
2. Submitted: Indicates that the form has been submitted to ACC.
