Re-installing GPM
Issue
Gensolve Practice Manager needs to be installed on a computer where a previous version had been installed.
Solution
Delete the .NET cache
Open Windows Explorer and delete the following directory :
- On Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[WindowsUsername]\Local Settings\Apps\2.0
- On Windows 7: C:\Users\[WindowsUsername]\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0
Install GPM
- Install the GPM using the link provided by Gensolve.
- Click Run when prompted.
NOTE!
Before starting the installation process, ensure that the latest version of Internet Explorer browser is installed AND is configured as your default browser on the computer.
If required, the .NET Framework 4 and the Crystal Reports engine can be installed manually using the following links:
