ACC Paid a Claim on the Wrong Condition
Issue
An appointment was billed to ACC, but was wrongly billed against the incorrect client condition.
Even though it was billed under the wrong client condition, ACC have paid out.
Now the appointment needs to reflect the condition it was actually for.
Solution
- Edit the appointment
- Set the appointment's linked condition to what it should have been
- Click Save and acknowledge the warning
- Contact ACC to advise them to change the condition against which that appointment should be counted.
