Description

This report shows any referrals from one Clinician/Provider to another within the same practice.

There are a couple of scenarios of when Intra Referrals may occur:

  1. When a client has seen a Clinician/Provider (for example a Physio) and has then been referred to another Clinician/Provider within the same practice (for example a Podiatrist)..
  2. When a Clinician/Provider may want a second opinion from a colleague.

Running the Report

 

Filters

Type Description
For Vendor

This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Vendor.
From Clinician

This filter allows you to show the report data that was sent from a specific clinician.
To Clinician

This filter allows you to show the report data that was sent to a specific clinician.
Restrict To

This filter allows you to restrict the report data to the following conditions: Date Created, Date Referred, Date Acknowledged, Needs Acknowledgements and Needs Follow-Up.
Date Range

This filter allows you to select a date range for which to run the report. This filter can be used in conjunction with "Set Period To".
Set Period to

This filter allows you to set the date range to a specific Period (e.g. Calendar Year, Financial Year etc...).

The Generated Report

From within the report, you can click edit to open the Intra Referral details.
