Description

This report shows discharged Conditions requiring a follow-up appointment and where the latter has not yet been completed.

Running the Report

 

Filters

Type	Description
For Vendor	This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Vendor.
For Clinician	This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Clinician/Provider.
Due On or Before	This filter allows you to show the Condition Follow-ups due on or before the date selected (in date picker).

The Generated Report

From within the report, you can click edit to open the Client Condition details.
