Top Read Code Report
Description
This Report shows the counts of Injury Types (Read Codes) for appointments and conditions created within a specified date range and for a selected or all clinicians and for a selected or all sites.
The report date can also be restricted to the Condition Type: the Insured and/or Private conditions to be filtered.
Running the Report
Filters

| For Vendor |
This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Vendor. |
| For Site |
This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Site. |
| For Clinician |
This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Clinician/Provider. |
| Date Range |
This filter allows you to select a date range for which to run the report. This filter can be used in conjunction with "Set Period To". |
| Set Period to |
This filter allows you to set the date range to a specific Period (e.g. Calendar Year, Financial Year etc...). |
| Include ACC Conditions |
This filter allows you to specify whether ACC Conditions should be included in the Report. |
| Include Insured Conditions |
This filter allows you to specify whether Insured Conditions should be included in the Report. |
| Include Private Conditions |
This filter allows you to specify whether Private Conditions should be included in the report. |
