How to Include Class Attendances in Condition Counts

Prerequisites

 How to Create an Insured Client Condition

 How to Create a new Weekly Class

 Invoicing Classes to an Insurer

 How to Create a Private Client Condition

 

Edit the Condition to Have the Required Amount of Counts

1. Create a Weekly Class that allows for any related Service Charges for third party billing
2. Create a Condition >> Enter the amount of  Counts for the clinician type
   
   

How to Apply the Counts to a Class

1. Open the Class in the Appointment Book >> Add the Client
2. Click on Condition Counts
3. Select the Charge To >> Select the Condition >> Counted To will display >> Click on Save
   
   
   
4. Condition Counts will be updated
