Solution

Once an appointment is created, the user can book it again as follows:

1. Locate an appointment >> Right-mouse click on it
2. Click Book Again >> Select the week for which you will book the appointment again (This Week, Next Week, In Two Weeks)

3. In case you want to book it for more than two weeks ahead, click on Book Again - Custom

4. Specify the number of weeks and click OK

5. A copy of the same appointment will be created (Clinician, Duration, Service Charges, etc) for the selected date, however you can move it as required

6. Click Save to apply the changes
