Network Permissions
Issue
Some office networks are set up so that specific ports need to be manually configured before Audio Enterprise Manager can be accessed.
Reason
The network permission will need to be set up as below.
Solution
Please ensure that your network permissions allow access to the following:

| Hosts | aem.gensolve.com
aemwcflb.gensolve.com |
